This is a story about Sammy the Seal who sets off on an adventure with his friends to find an infamous sea monster called Bruscar. Dr. Chloe Devlin lives in Wicklow town and has always been fascinated by the sea and the natural world. She has a PhD from University College Dublin where she investigated the impacts of climate change on marine ecosystems. She has worked in marine education for over 10 years. Her two young sons' love of books and visiting the beach inspired her to write her first children's book
