Is é Peadairín Pan íomhá na hóige agus na soineantachta ar fud na cruinne agus tír na samhlaíochta agus na draíochta í Tír na Deo, áit a bhfuil an buachaill óg in ann eitilt leis ina chaptaen ar na buachaillí fáin. D’éalaigh Peadairín Pan óna mhuintir an lá ar rugadh é mar nár theastaigh uaidh ‘a bheith fásta suas’ ná  a ‘bheith i m’fhear choíche’. Ní thagann aois ná aiféala air is é i measc an lucht sí, na maighdeana mara, na bhfoghlaithe, agus scaití, le gasúir shaolta a bhíonn ag macnas agus ag pléaráca leo.

“Tír na Deo” was first published in 1938. Each of the primary characters-Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, and the villain of the story, Captain Hook-leave a lasting impression on the reader. Magic and mischievousness are intertwined throughout this story which results in many twists and turns along the way. It is little wonder that Wendy and her two brothers are ready for adventure in Neverland, a wonderful place where imagination knows no bounds.
